Emma Alexander
Mechanical Engineer
Emma is a design-oriented Mechanical Engineer who emphasizes user-experience in her approach to projects. She has professional experience in hands-on, iterative prototyping and product development of consumer goods, especially wearable technology. Prior to Mixer, she performed model-based systems engineering working on SSA telescopes.
Emma received her BSME and minored in Industrial Design at Georgia Tech, where she was a volunteer Prototyping Instructor at the Flowers Invention Studio and a member of the GT Astronomy Club.
Emma's favorite pastime is to expand her sewing expertise by crafting elaborate costumes. Her other hobbies include volunteering and trying new things around the city.
